Scrummy Stir Fry


  • Kale
  • Broccoli
  • Red Onion
  • Carrot (minimal or none if you are on Shred)
  • Peppers
  • Edamame Beans or Peas
  • Red Cabbage
  • Courgette Noodles
  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Chicken or Turkey if you want to add Meat or of course Prawns if you wanted a Fish alternative

Season to taste with whatever herbs you desire but no Sauce……..And throw it in a wok as usual! YUMMY 🙂
