Sweet Tooth Muffins

These Muffins are perfect to soothe that sweet craving we all get. Whilst they are mainly ‘Shred’ friendly, these shouldn’t be eaten in the first two weeks and not too many after that. They are a little bit of devilish goodness!


  • 2 Bananas
  •  2 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave Syrup
  • Dark Chocolate (at least 70% Cocoa)


  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  • Add all contents to a mixer
  • Blend
  • Add some dark chocolate to the mix to taste
  • Distribute mixture into muffin cases
  • Bake for 15/20 minutes until cooked through
  • Wait to cool (if you can)
  • Enjoy!
