– The signing on fee and first membership payment to be taken with immediate effect then weekly thereafter.
– 8 Week Shred is contracted to minimum 8 consecutive Weekly Payments. After this initial term memberships will roll on to regular class membership unless prior cancellation has been notified in writing.
– Memberships are on an 8-week rolling contract. To cancel, 7 days prior written notice is required before the final payment of the initial term.
– Suspensions to any account cannot take place in the first 8 Weeks. Following that a minimum of 3 Weeks is required for suspension at a reduced rate.

At The Shredquarters we take your privacy seriously and we will never sell or rent your personal data to any third party. Sharing of your data and direct marketing actives are only carries out with your explicit consent, which you are free to withdraw at any time.
We need to obtain and process your personal data to provide you with updates to changes to class times and any new offerings we may have and to fulfil our business legal obligations. We will never collect any personal information from that we do not need or retain any data that is no longer necessary for the purposes specified in this notice. Where we request sensitive personal data from you, i.e health or medical data, the reasons for the request will be clearly given along with the purposes of the processing. Explicit consent through a signature will always be required for us to obtain and process your health information.
